Hi! I’m Justin, I’m 23 and live in Bogotá. I’m studying a degree in physical education, recreation, and sport, and I work as a community apprentice for the Tiempo de Juego Foundation.
I’m passionate about working with children and youth, doing playful and sport activities to keep them engaged in healthy spaces and away from harmful influences like drugs.
Working with them has helped me grow personally and professionally, and I’ve developed skills that support me across many areas of my life.
Hi! I’m Daniel, I’m 22 and live in Bogotá. I love music and art in general. I believe they are beautiful things humans have created. Making music is my passion and my escape from the real world. My goal is to become a great musician.
We have a band called Kyoudail. I’d love to make music with other young people and show them that through music they can feel really good.
Hi, I’m Jeimy, I’m 21. I love football, animals, and helping people.
I started working with children when I was 13. First, I was a facilitator for a group of children in the Building by Playing project at the Tiempo de Juego Foundation, and later I became the leader of the same group.
I studied as a veterinary assistant and love working with animals. I currently work in a veterinary clinic, and on Saturdays I still collaborate in the Building by Playing project. I really enjoy working with children and youth.

Project designer and manager, MSc in Product–Service System Design and Management Engineering. He is passionate about turning research into practical, accessible tools and exploring new ways to translate knowledge into concrete action.
Musician with more than 9 years of experience in formulating, managing, and developing artistic initiatives and research processes. He loves working with communities, artists, young people, and children. As a music teacher and project coordinator in music, pedagogy, and culture, he has received grants and awards from the Ministry of Culture, the Valle Governor’s Office, and the Mayor’s Office of Cali. Juan is part of Research and Music, an initiative that uses art and music in research and knowledge dissemination (researchandmusic.org/en).
Musician from the Instituto Popular de Cultura (Cali), with a degree in Arts Education (Universidad del Tolima) and a specialization in Arts Education, Culture, and Citizenship (University of Valladolid). Together with Juan Manuel, he co-founded the Mr. Klaje Collective, a group of enthusiastic musicians and artists who engage with research and community work through music. Julián is also part of Research and Music.
Economist and Government professional from Universidad de los Andes, with experience in applied research, monitoring, and evaluation of public policies for children and adolescents. She has worked on projects about health access for migrant populations and on designing equity-focused evaluation strategies.
Master’s student in Economics at Universidad de los Andes, with experience in public policy analysis, quantitative methods, and impact evaluation. He has worked in research and consulting for more than three years, and at Centro Imagina he supports projects that promote data-driven decisions.
